Another WeCanDoCRM sneak peek: multiple communication channels

Here’s another reveal of features being worked on for WeCanDoCRM Social CRM, due for launch in three weeks.

Here you get a glimpse of the multiple communication channels that WeCanDoCRM will support.  Currently the oonly options open to you through WeCanDo.BIZ are to use our in-site message feature or pick up the ‘phone to your contacts (or write a letter to them too!).

With WeCanDoCRM, that contact’s record will also have details of their e-mail address and mobile number, enabling you to contact them via either and for that communication to be recorded against their entry in the Social CRM.

Your contacts can choose NOT to share this information with you; and they can choose to withdraw it after first contact, either by changing their blanket settings to keeping that data private, or by unsubscribing from you specifically, after which you won’t be permitted to contact them that way — we believe this will keep everyone in check and ensure communication channels aren’t abused.
