Another reveal of features from our forthcoming Social CRM system, WeCanDoCRM, due in 3 weeks.

WeCanDoCRM customer file upload

This screenshot shows how you can upload an existing customer file to WeCanDoCRM, which you may have taken from Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, ACT, Goldmine or another web based CRM system that isn’t “socially aware”.

WeCanDoCRM will enable you to easily upload that file so that all your existing customers appear alongside your new prospects, with them grouped and labelled accordingly if you wish.  You’ll then be able to conduct campaigns to both communities using emails or SMS text marketing (if they have given permission of course).

Any of your existing customers who also have WeCanDo.BIZ profiles will be automatically linked, so that you pick up public profile information tthey may not have previously given you.  It also means that record for the contact will never become outdated, as it will pick the latest contact and Biz Need information straight from their profile to your Social CRM entry for them.

So, the more of your contacts are using WeCanDo.BIZ, the easier it is to keep your customer data up to date, relevant and accurate!  That’s the power of Social CRM.

If you haven’t yet added a Business profile to our site os you get WeCanDoCRM free, you can do so here.

More revealed tomorrow!
