WeCanDoCRM: Social CRM import tool to bring all your contacts together

Another sneak peek at additions to the core WeCanDo.BIZ site to help you turn your contacts into customers!

Our Import Tool is one of the sites most popular features as it helps you turn stagnant contacts in an email address book into connections with whom you are enjoying regular dialogue online.  Many of our members use it to reignite once promising relationships, ensuring that they know what those contacts are up to and getting told as soon as those contacts have a need for what they do.

We’re extending the same tool to also enable you to pull your email contacts — and other social networking contacts — into your WeCanDoCRM Social CRM system at the same time.

The Import Tool (its new tab name) will support fetching contact lists in LinkedIn, Google Mail (GMail), Hotmail (Windows Live Mail), MSN, Yahoo! Mail, AOL, Lycos, Outlook/Outlook Express/Exchange, Thunderbird, plus a few more.

Soon after launch we’ll also support importing your Twitter and Facebook contacts in to your integrated Social CRM system.
