I’m delighted to be speaking at Variety Events’ Social Media Conference in Bracknell next month with some great advocates and successful users of the Social Web for business as co-speakers.

Adrian Moss interviewed me recently on my topic for the conference, the Social Customer, and we also got a chance to talk about WeCanDo.Biz and our new tools for using social media to broken introductions to potential new customers.

The interview is now online as a podcast alongside interviews he has done with the other speakers at the event, inclduing blogger extraordinaire Sarah Arrow, internet pyshcolohist Graham Jones and social media consultant (and voice of Reading FC!) Paul Allen.
