HOW TO: view your customers Twitter stream from within your Social CRM

twitter_logo_headerWe’ve just added the ability for you to track your customers Twitter streams (tweets) from within your WeCanDoCRM Social CRM system.

Go to WeCanDoCRM and search for a contact whose Twitter screen name you know — that’s the bit after http://twitter.com/ on their Twitter profile page.

Select to Edit Contact.

Scroll down until you see a new field called “Twitter” and type their screen name into the box.

Once entered, scroll down and click “Save Contact”.

You’ll then see that contacts last four tweets appear within their contact record.

Watch out for us activating the Twitter contact import button in the next two weeks, enabling you to import the screen names of all your follows automtically in one go!
