HOW TO: capture website visitor details straight to your Social CRM

It’s possible to add code to your existing website so that submitted enquiries come straight into your Social CRM system, where a sales lead can be attached and tracked.

This is alternative to what you may currently have, typically an e-mail you need to respond to, manually adding the visitor information in some other system so you can track and develop the opportunity.  WeCanDoCRM automates this, also making it possible for you to then add the new contact to ongoing marketing campaigns to further develop the lead.

Full details of how to add HTML to your existing website can be within the WeCanDoCRM Setting page here (you need to be signed in to view, but if you haven’t previously registered sign straight in with your Google, Twitter or Facebook identity).

If you have any questions just post below or contact Member Services.
