More WeCanDoCRM: HTML email campaigns

Another feature you’ll be seeing in WeCanDoCRM Social CRM when it launches next month: HTML email campaigns with full reporting.

Adding to Social Media as a communications channel to your Social Networking contacts will be email and SMS, both options only available if your contacts have chosen to make them so and ONLY if that person has approved your contact request on WeCanDo.BIZ.

The WeCanDoCRM email editor is WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get), simple to use and enables you to choose from pre-configured templates before customising with your own logo and content.  Alternatively, you can add your own HTML template to make your emails look like your website or other marketing material.

Emails will go as HTML or plain text to those not capable of reading HTML emails, with the plain text context produced automatically.

Sent emails will produce powerful reporting functions which we’ll be showing tomorrow — come back then!
